Scrum-Master- Cologne area
My client, a global telecommunications company, is seeking a Scrum-Master for an agile digital product development team. This is for a 3-month period beginning on July 9th and ending September 30th.
A Scrum Master is sought for a cross-functional team in a build-measure-learn product development process using agile values. These rules are to be adapted so that they function even better in corporate environment (Shu Ha Ri principle).
Tasks:
- Control and coordination of a Scrum team
- Promotion and development of an agile mindset - individually and at the team level
- Planning and moderation of Scrum Meetings like Sprint Plannings, Retrospectives, Refinement etc.
- Qualification of the team for the self-organized identification and elimination of obstacles and conflicts (impediments)
- Active support of the product owner and advising the stakeholders on agile project methods
- Training on the job in the current project
Essential Skills:
- Experience as Scrum Master at Team Level
Preferred Skills:
- Project experience from the telecommunications industry is an advantage
- Very good project knowledge on the topic of digitisation
- Experience as Product Owner
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience Agile Leadership/Agile Stakeholder Management
- Experience in Agile Digital Product Development
This role has a daily rate of EUR 660
