Main tasks:
- Simulation of risk acceptance in order to optimize the balance between premiums/claims, speed of service and workload using historical data from the company’s databases
- Monitor and evaluate the automatic underwriting performance of the local Risk Services units
- Analyse and process changes to system parameters
- Contact person for process and system related inquiries, connecting business and IT
- Involvement in projects (e.g. new AUA models, machine learning)
Main qualifications
- Education at least to Bachelor level
- Profound work experience, handling and analyzing large datasets
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access required, at least basic experience in SQL
- Fluency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of other European languages is an Advantage
- Creative and an aptitude to think outside the box – a problem solver
- Strong communicator, effective presentation skills at all levels, team player
