Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell zwei IT Berater.Projektkurzbeschreibung: Technical Administration, MS Environment (MS Office, Windows), Release Management, Usage of Remedy Ticket System
Aufgabenbeschreibung: 2 vacant positions intended for one supplier.
- 1 FTE is more technical oriented: Skills in MS Office Products ( Excel, PP, Windows), overall Desktop Services, LAN/WAN experience and hands-on mentality are mandatory.
- 1 FTE is the SPOC to the customer, means technical orientation as well as communicational skills are needed.
The overall task is the onsite Management and Support of an IT Desktop environment for a small subsidiary of a global working company.
Rolle des Beraters: IT Administrator and a Technical Team ! (just 2 FTE) leader (kind of service delivery leader)
