For a Client-Project in Düsseldorf we are seeking for an Enterprises Senior Account Manager (m/w)Main Responsibilities:
1. Uncovering new markets and customers based on their experience in enterprise business
2. Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts
3. Identify and grow new opportunities in Utility industry and local ISPs.
4. To actively develop customer relationships in support of account contact strategy
5. To understand customer requirements and align the Clients' product and/or service solutions accordingly
6. Successfully engage our Product Specialists Team into the Account
7. Accurate pipe line forecasting & management
8. Develop and maintain an up to date Account Plan for each customer
9. To ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
10. Work closely with colleagues in the various sales support functions of the Client
11. Team work within team and Project Management & Engineering as well
Requirements:
1. Enthusiasm, positive work attitude, willingness to grow together with the company.
2. Ability to work under pressure. Can work independent with minimum guidance. Good teamwork.
3. Good communication skills, can use English and German as working languages. Bonus if can speak Chinese.
4. At least 3 years’ experience in ICT, good understanding about Germany Market.
5. Good presentation skill, able to communicate with customer about ICT solutions.
6. Good sales skills and customer relationship management.
7. Good planning and analytical skills.
