Lead Business Functional Expert (m/f)

Duration: 3 MM+
Main tasks:
- Coordinate delivery of specification and design for applications and microservices in the Case Management and List Management area in Germany (including business workshops, specification sprints, release scoping, controlling quality gates, assessing handovers to Implementation teams from different vendors, create rollout training plan, performing knowledge transition)
- Synchronize with Architects for de-coupling ListM from Case Management and synchronize with functional roadmap of Global List Management Program
Main qualifications
- Experience with business requirements and Specification Management
- Technical skills for communicating with architects and Implementation teams (Oracle, Weblogic, Java/Openshift, use of Analytics/Data Mining to consult business for complex search and detection patterns)
- Experience with Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime, for example Anti Money Laundering, Fraud Prevention, Anti-Fraud Investigation, KYC, FATCA, Sanctions & Embargo, List Screening, Case Management, List Management, Reporting to Regulator (BAFIN, ZKA)
- Fluency in German and English
