UX Lead (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Focus on usability optimisations in the form of expert reviews, in-house tests or user tests
- Design usability studies to help determine future directions of fidelity digital touch points
- Lead usability test preparation including recruiting, scheduling and test script development
- Moderate individual usability sessions
- Analyse results and efficiently prepare reports detailing the outcome of usability studies
- Present findings with actionable recommendations to business sponsors and senior management
- Work closely with the internal business partners to identify research goals
- Identify and implement a variety of methods for getting input and feedback from customers
Main qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Experience in working on large-scale dynamic websites and applications
- Profound experience in the UX, usability, and/or user research fields
- Knowledge of contextual inquiry methods including user interviews and observation
- Experience in user surveys (primarily online)
- Know-how of usability studies (lab and remote)
