Project Lead/ Automation Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Sub-Project lead for Automation with focus on increasing stability of IT services
- Project lead for internal activity to provide automated self-services based on Automic (Automic Workload Automation and Automic Service Orchestration)
- Collect, evaluate and coordinate automation needs from various teams
- Support in implementing full- / semi-automated tasks and processes
Main qualifications
- Experienced in leading projects
- Experienced in Automic products (Automic Workload Automation and Automic Service Orchestration)
- Experienced in process visualization and demand collection in an international context
- High level knowledge of automation concepts and tools
- Knowledge in BMC Atrium Orchestrator (optional)
- MS Azure, DevOps experience (optional)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate complex topics to various stakeholders
- Good in problem solving, self-steering, ready to take over responsibility, structural way of working
- Service and customer orientation, capacity for teamwork, willing to help
- Interested and able to work with different cultures in an international environment
