Task:- Analysis and design of automotive leasing & financing business processes
- Requirements gathering and analysis of IT systems and business processes
Requirements (Must have):
- 3+ years of experience in [automotive] leasing & financing sector.
- 3+ years of experience in client facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize and moderate large workshops.
- Excellent consulting experience and attitude.
- Process consulting, process optimization, BPM tool experience
- Expertise of [automotive] leasing and financing business processes and financial services business processes in general.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis for IT systems (ideally contract and service management) and business processes ([automotive] leasing and financing).
- Solid understanding of IT systems and IT system implementation projects (ideally contract and service management systems for automotive financing and leasing).
- Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, in particular of the Analysis, Testing and Delivery phases.
- Solid understanding of IT application architectures.
- Ability to quickly gain expertise with new software functionality and teach others.
