T-SQL performance specialist (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- You will work on specific performance projects, candidates with prior experience in designing/supporting applications related to performance calculation/attribution across various asset classes are preferred
- You will be a specialist in designing and coding in TSQL in Sybase and will be heavily involved in a global system for a major private bank
- The role will include reverse engineering, optimizing and improving existing processes running on Sybase data servers
- You will be in charge of programming the application as well as supervising work delegated to an off-shore development center
Ihre Qualifikation
- Sybase Transact-SQL expertise, proven experience in the design and optimization of stored procedures on large database servers (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Scripting languages, experience in building automation tools in Perl or Python (minimum 1-2 years), object oriented language and some experience with Java
- Ability to write functional and technical specification documents
- Ability to integrate into a team and adapt to an organization in place
