Dear All,For one of our leading client, we are currently looking for candidates for the position Cloud Transformation Manager in Hannover.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• As an External Cloud Transformation Manager (status as AWS Partner) you support and consult the programme management of
CMAP (Cloud Migration Acceleration Programme).
• This programme is in charge to support Customer’s departments and companies (IT
Development, IT Business and IT Operation Teams) as a target group on their transformation journey to cloud.
• First migration focus platform is Amazon Web Services (AWS), but may be enhanced to further providers in future.
• For this you are working closely with CMAP programme management and engage/consult in fulfilling below mentioned tasks and
bringing in mentioned skills.
REQUIREMENT
• Availability for next 6 months in fulltime with onsite availability to Hanover at least 3 days per week (timeframe may be extended)
• German native speaker and appropriate English skills (business fluent)
• Very good understanding of German culture Understand and apply agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
• Experienced with project and programme management for large scale projects/programmes within enterprise companies
• Enhanced experience with large scale migration from on-premise data centers to AWS Cloud in an enterprise environment
including AWS processes and tools (CAF, MRA, MRP etc.)
• Experience of moving an on-premise data center centric providers into a Cloud
Oriented Organization (Cloud journey) by creating concepts to transform and operate cloud hosted environments in a fit-for-
purpose (and new) way.
• Technical expertise and experience regarding current AWS technologies and their optimal use.
• Coaching and active support of programme management during the programme planning and programme execution phase
• Consulting as Cloud-Expert to introduce the programme into the source markets (several companies within TUI Group) and
support the migration planning and execution stages in the source markets on behalf of the programme
• Identify and describe roles, responsibilities and team structures for programme and migration teams as well as for future cloud
operation teams at IMSD
