Task:We currently have a position available within the Cellular Analysis & Immunology
Technical Sales team. We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to cover the
Southern part of Germany (Bayern & Baden-Württemberg), Austria & Germanspeaking
Switzerland. The candidate would be ideally located centrally in this area.
Requirements (Must have):
In this role, you?ll be home-office based promoting the Cellular Analysis products.
This product group consists of high quality reagents which focus on Flow
Cytometry equipment & reagents, Cell Isolation and Immunoassays (including
Luminex equipment & reagents). You will strive to exceed the assigned territory
sales plan. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-level
effective business relationships with customers with a view to influencing
purchasing decisions. It is of the highest importance to work very closely with other
members of the German & European Sales teams to achieve agreed sales targets.
You will be responsible for supporting the core sales team through technical sales
support in primary product areas.
To be successful in this role, you will have the capacity to execute sales and
marketing plans and have strong analytical and business planning skills. You will
possess excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and
externally, as you will be dealing with diverse customer audiences such as Economic
Decision Makers and other influencers. You will have strong capabilities to
interface effectively with all customer types and the ability to function effectively in
a high performance team. You will demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to
succeed and exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing
environment. You are fluent in German and English.
Preferably, you will have minimum 2 years sales experience in Life Science and have
a degree level in a science discipline ? ideally in immunoly, biology, biochemistry or
related field.
