The Recruitment and Compensation Division is looking for a Senior Human Resources Assistant to support provide administrative support within the recruitment team.
Senior HR Assistants have a high degree of freedom to define his/her own work methods within predefined objectives, overall planning and expected results. They are accountable for the normal progress of their tasks, for solving routine problems and for proposing changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. The role calls for close teamwork and the ability to meet fixed deadlines under pressure.
The Senior Administrative Assistant for recruitment supports the clients recruitment process at the client by liaising with the business area / business partners to launch vacancies using the client e-recruitment system, doing pre-selection of candidates based on defined criteria, arranging interviews and tests, accompanying applicants to the test/interview, processing recruitment-related expenses and closing campaigns.
Where required, the Senior Human Resources Assistant will ensure that:
• Contacts with relevant internal parties are maintained;
• Interaction takes place with the other assistants within the team and, where relevant, across the organisation;
• Accurate information is circulated to the relevant parties in a timely manner;
• Problems are identified promptly and suggested solutions conveyed to the appropriate persons;
• All issues related to the support of the business processes within the area of responsibility are dealt with efficiently and interfaces with other business process functions ensured;
• Enquiries from internal and external clients on day-to-day issues are answered promptly;
• Own information/knowledge on the business processes he/she is involved in is maintained.

Qualifications and experience
• Formal commercial / vocational qualification or formal qualifications in business studies, administration or Human Resources;
• At least 3 years administrative experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment and/or contract management, preferably in big companies or an international environment;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and working knowledge of one other official community language.

Candidates should be able to work independently and to tight deadlines. They should be able to prioritise, be motivated, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
