Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen Interims Manager (m/w) für Service Integration für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 8 Monaten.

POSITION & MISSIONS:
Our customer is undergoing a change, from a classic captive IT service provider to a global service broker.
As such we are transforming and strengthening our Service Integration and Service Management capabilities.

We are in the process of establishing a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function in order to better manage delivery of IT services across our multisourced supplier base.
The objective is to create a stronger and more flexible foundation for delivering high quality IT services to advisers, customers and internal teams, providing the stability and integrity required for a regulated insurance organization.
The SIAM function comprises a mix of resources (project managers, solution designer and service manager).
The Head of SIAM will work closely with the IT Operations to complete the transition to the SIAM operating model and manage the operation and continuous improvement of the SIAM function, ensuring that all IT services are delivered to service levels agreed in order to underpin required business outcomes.
The role will drive service strategy and the ongoing development of the function.
This will include developing our customer team members within a professional practice framework, maintaining productive relationships with principal suppliers, managing ongoing supplier service performance and ensuring that services are market competitive and evolve to meet the changing needs of the business.

AS THE HEAD OF THE SIAM TEAM YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Manage a team of service managers, project managers and solution designer
• Transform and coach organization into a service based approach
• Develop new products and services based on an efficient sourcing strategy (external/internal providers)
• Establish and steer a service lifecycle management including the according governance
• Ensure proper service delivery on best practice ITIL service management implementation
• Manage P&L view on product level
• Translating functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design fulfilling business needs
• Implement service delivery based on solution design and service expectations

OUR REQUIREMENTS TO YOU:
Working closely with our internal customers, you will improve alignment with business stakeholders, by understanding and addressing business needs. Demonstrates a strong IT Service Management trackrecord, having working at a senior level in environments operating a 20M EUR + service portfolio, preferably including the following:
• Management of IT service delivery in a complex multi-sourced environment
• Experience of implementing a service integration capability across multiple suppliers or parties, ideally using a SIAM and service tower model
• Demonstrates robust experience and understanding of IT Service management practices covering all ITIL disciplines, ideally in an environment delivering Infrastructure and Application support services
• Credible large scale service transition and transformation experience including for instance, outsourcing or insourcing a service portfolio, resolving supplier service performance issues
• Implementation and management of governance and controls necessary to demonstrate appropriate management of IT services in a regulated environment
• Operation of services to budget and the delivery of incremental improvements
• Experience of engaging productively with Senior Business Stakeholders
• Demonstrates examples of delivering value to organisations through the effective use of IT outsource services, achieving high quality services

COMPETENCIES:
• You hold a Master degree in Business Informatics and additional degree in Business Management
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in leading a team. You have strong leadership qualities which are particularly evident in your customer-, performanceand team-oriented approach to your work
• You have certified knowledge about SIAM principles incl. ITIL with at least 10 years’ experience in IT
• Experiences on modern IT company principles
• Strong architectural experience, knowledge about modern technology stacks like Cloud, etc.
• Project methodology including agile
• Passionate about agile working and working in product teams
• You are solution-oriented and hands on. The way you think and work is characterized by your keen skills of perception and your pragmatism
• You have entrepreneurial creative drive and a sense of personal responsibility
• You have the ability to build up a good client relationship
• You can communicate at all corporate levels (staff / management board) on a well-founded basis and explain complex matters clearly
• You are happy to work in an international environment in which you can apply your business fluent command of written and spoken English
