Task Description:
- Development of software components for Radio Communication Performance Testers
- Implementation and testing of Layer 3 signaling procedures
- Implementing of GUI components
- Unit and integration testing
- Test system automation
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Master in communications engineering or equivalent course of studies
- In-depth experience in developing and maintaining complex software frameworks based on MS Visual Studio
- At least 2 years industrial strength experience in programming experience in C/C++/C#
- Good understanding of best practice software engineering processes, e.g. version control, testing and release cycles.
- RF and protocol knowledge for radio communication tester, in particular understanding of the 3GPP standardization and relevant specifications
- Strong communication skill to work with internal R&D teams
- Hands-on experience in development or testing of IP related protocols in a cellular environment
- Customer on-site support and related travel activities might be necessary on request
