Implementation of the Business Process Mgmt Platform (based on Oracle
BPM/BEA AquaLogic BPM).
Responsible for the implementation and initial operations of the BPM Base Infrastructure to meet the availability and performance requirements and to ensure integration into Systems Monitoring.

Aufgabe:
Responsible for the implementation and initial operations of the BPM Base Infrastructure to meet the availability and performance requirements and to ensure integration into Systems Monitoring

- Responsible for technical integration into the technology envi- ronment, including

- SSO Integration / AD Integration

- Portal Integration (Oracle ALUI Portal)

- eMail Integration

Service Integration (services accessible via Java API; Adapter for BPM internal
services needs to be developed (if required))

- implementation of pilot process („Complaints Management“) including product configuration, process rules, data persistency, user interface development and integration of backend systems (CRM, Archive) via existing service infrastructure

- Responsible for technical testing

- Coaching of the internal team


Erforderliche Skills:

- Hands-on” experience in implementation, integration and introduction of BPM in at least 3
comparable environments

- Very good understanding of the infrastructure configuration and operations of a BPM platform
based on Oracle Aqualogic BPM

- English and preferably German language skills
- Good technical skills in
- Java
- SQL
- Oracle ALUI Portal
- AD / SSO Integration
- JMS
- Advanced Oracle Aqualogic BPM (Administration)
