Target of tasks:Project Management for After Sales Service projects and other projects with logistical background achieving the required quality and costs on time.Detailed description:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, initiating und controlling of all necessary tasks according to the project aims including:
? capture, consolidation and prioritization of requirements? designing concepts for systems and business processes as well as reporting of dependencies or restrictions? leading the project team and steering of external partners? budget and resources management? designing, updating and tracking the project plan? risk management? project reporting and project communication? project documentation
Processes, in whose environment the service shall be rendered:Mainly logistic processes, but all Customer Services processes are affected. This covers e.g. the activation, care, retention, fraud, collection, billing and dealer handling processes and systems.
Must Have: PM Erfahrung.
