Task:? Develop a rapid understanding of the current outsourced contract and environment and develop a mechanism to be enable allocation of the overall cost to individual applications
? Support contract execution /drafting, change, dispute)
? Manage stakeholders (including local client supplier managers and service provider staff) to ensure a successful outcome in relatively short timescales
? Work with stakeholders in various geographies to define the scope of work for further leveraging outsourcing Application Testing Services and Application Maintenance
Requirements (Must have):
Deep experience in managing outsourced environments, with particular understanding of contractual and commercial aspects
? Of particular interest would be the candidate?s capability to understand costing in an application maintenance environment. Previous experience in a similar capacity in a supplier organisation
would be beneficial.
? Deep understanding of application effort estimation techniques such as Function Points or activity based costing. Experience of applying these in an operating environment and understanding of
how this works in pratice is important to the role
? Ability to create costing models
? Ability to shape outputs based on abstract or unclear inputs from various stakeholders
? Prior experience of having worked in a large outsourcing environment either on the client or supplier side in a senior role (commercial or delivery)
? Effective stakeholder management skills
? Excellent written communication skills
? Ability to present abstract concepts in a structured manner to a diverse audience would be an added advantage
