- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
- Ability to understand business processes and map them to solutions.
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends and learn new technologies and mentor other team members.
Qualifications
Functional skills:
Experience with
- capturing business requirements
- integration of commercial-of-shelf software
Particular areas of expertise
- Experience in micro services design on Cloud platforms (incl. Azure Germany Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST, authentication and security
- 3+ years expert level knowledge of Spring related platforms (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.)
- Strong knowledge in Event-Driven-Architecture and Messaging (e.g. Kafka)
- Demonstrated experience with modern SDLC source code control tools and processes including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven and Nexus
Personal skills
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Focused and effective in problem solving
- Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly
- Excellent presentation skills
- Language: English, preferred German
Technical skills
- At least 2 years experience in one or more JavaScript framework (Vue, Angular, Node, etc.)
- Experience in SQL/NoSQL
- Experience in Container technology (e.g. Docker) and orchestration
- Understanding of multi-tiered architectures
- Solid experience working in a cross-functional development team
Preferred skills
- Proven ability to communicate with business and technical groups
- Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and Agile tools
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end software implementation projects
- Minimum of 3 years of Agile development experience
