My client is a German systems integrator, focusing purely around ITSM, with a requirement for Senior ITSM Consultants (focusing around BMC ITSM software) for a 4 month contract to work part onsite/part remote Stuttgart on an implementation project for one of its customers in the region. This is an English speaking position but German speaking is a plus.
The right candidate will have experience in the following areas of BMC:
Remedy/Remedy on Demand
MyIT-Smart IT Administration
CMDB
Atrium Integrator
Furthermore you will be expected to have strong to expert level experience in the following:
ITSM administration and configuration
Development experience (REST/SOAP Webservices, Java Scripting etc.)
Service Request management
Reporting
ITIL framework knowledge (Incident, change management, problem etc)
AGILE framework knowledge
