- Business Plan preparation including:
- Business strategy, business model and service offering
- Addressable market and target client segments:
- identification of the addressable market, key client segments to be
targeted and estimated size of this target market
- Estimated revenue forecast based on market data:
- estimation of possible revenues that can be generated by the Service
Company according to market data, addressable market size and target
market share to be defined together with the Customer
- Go to market / sales strategy: Recommended strategy / approach how to
increase market share in existing service segments and how to enter into
new market segments
- High level organization:
- Recommended structure of the organization of the Service Company, including
key departments and staffing size according to available resources and target
- Implementation strategy and high level plan:
- description of the key phases and milestones to implement the proposed
strategy for the Service Company
