Ihre Aufgaben:
- Daily processing of remedy tickets
- You will receive remedy tickets from the IBM-helpdesk, screen them and assing/distribute them to the corresponding functional area for detailed analysis
- Update, reassign and close tickets based on the feedback of the functional analysts
- Maintain and provide daily statistics or remedy tickets
- Daily report statistics in Excel
- Daily review of defects in mercury
- Request immediate update for all defects with the status "returned" or "open" via telephone
- Contact assigned users for all hotfix defects with status "ready" and request immediate re-testing
- Escalate if there is no progress regarding defects within more than 48 hours
- Request immediate review for redundancy, training issue, showstopper of class 1 defects related to testing of new releases
- Create defect solutions for external users
- Report dailly summary of those actions
- Support ad hoc actions within the defect handling process

- MS-Excel
