1C Consultant
I am currently hiring for a 1C Consultant for a long-term contract in Germany.
The right 1C Consultant IDEALLY will have the following skills and experiences:
- University degree in finance, accounting and/or information technology
- Knowledge and experience in one or several 1C and/or similar products is a plus
- Resistance to stress and ability to work with claims and objections
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in team
- Negotiating Skills
- Ability to work in multitask regime and in tight schedules
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls, process orders and requests, resolve customers current problems and issues concerned with 1C Software.
- Testing of changes and improvements made in the program due to customer order
- Maintain regular contact with clients.
- Customer Service
- Cross selling, broadcast call, mailing, etc.
- Conduct training for staff of the customer (optional)
Rate: Excellent
Location: Germany
Duration: 6months +
