Job Description:
Evaluation, reassignment and solution-finding of end-user problems for customer related global HR-processes (performance management, merit increase, lump-sum payment or short term incentive) which are implemented to a SAP-HR system (ECC 6.0). This upcoming problems will be reported via incidents ("tickets") to the B-Level.
Required Qualifications:
- Good knowledge within SAP-HR PA and OM
- Practical experience with the global HR-processes mentioned above
- Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging
- Proficient in German and English (in command of the written and spoken language)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Peregrine Service Center, basic knowledge of ITIL
- Practical experience in application support
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, Italian)
- SAP-HR knowledge (Masterdata, Payroll, Timemanagement) for further countries (Benelux, Spain, UK, Italy, France)
- Additional language skills in Spanish, French or Italian
