Job description:
Testing at Customer for the country roll-in France in the following areas:
· Personnel Administration / Leave of Absence
· Organizational Management
· Benefits
· Payroll
· Administration of Rewards / Indexation
· Time and attendance
· Employee and Manager Self Services
· Authorizations
Representatives of CUSTOMER will provide a set of test cases and scenarios which are to be executed and verified in CUSTOMER¿s quality assurance testing environment.
Based on the provided test cases and scenarios, the provider is expected to perform the following activities:
· Adhere to the project guidelines and procedures for testing and documentation of testing results. The SAP Solution Manager is the tool used for test planning and execution, and test documentation
· Execute the test cases, and verify that the system is able to handle the defined business test scenarios
· Provide protocols documenting the tests performed, the data used, and the results obtained
· Report any defects or errors encountered to the local testing coordination
· Analyse the errors encountered to provide a first estimation of the most likely source of the error - for example, but not limited to:
o Error in Master Data used
o Error in System customizing or development
o Error in documentation of test case or working instruction
o Missing detailing in business process design
o Authorizations issue
· Discuss defects encountered with the testing team, and contribute to the definition of possible workarounds or solving strategies
· Retest with suitable test data where defects have been resolved
In addition, the provider is required to
· Support the data migration efforts by comparing data between legacy and SAP
· Support the validation and analysis of results from payroll parallel runs
· Provide input on additional cases and scenarios that should be tested based on the provider's resources SAP experience and functional expertise
· Generally support the testing team to the extent possible, e.g. with system handling issues
Additionally knowledge of french payroll is important. Experience with french chemical and pharaceutical collective agreements is an asset.
We expect English and French language knowledge on a negotiaton level.
