Wir sind IT-Dienstleister im Projektgeschäft und Expertleasing mit ca. 300 angestellten Mitarbeitern und sind für namhafte Unternehmen in Deutschland tätig.Für ein Projekt bei einem unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Freelancer (m/w) mit folgenden Anforderungen:

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
The consultant will be members of the Programme Management Office, which is in charge of project activities such as time and resource planning, project risk management and quality management.
They will assist T2S Programme management setting up/monitor detailed plans for the diverse project workstreams with the relevant ECB staff members and other consultants. They will participate to the consolidation of the plans, monitoring interdependencies between workstreams and prepare reports for the management.
They will participate to the permanent reviews and monitoring of the project risks.
Their experience will be useful to constantly improve the planning and risk management framework in place for the project.
Additional activities such as the contribution to the quality framework of the project (standards, templates, etc 26) can be requested
Bemerkung:
Minimum 5 years PM experience or PMO experience in a programme with focus on planning and risk management Practical experience in formal project management methodology (Prince2, PMI, 26) Knowledge of T2S context enabling the expert to be quickly operational in the current planning activities Minimum 3 years of expertise in the securities settlement business Understanding of a CSD''s operational model regarding securities settlement Fluent in English both orally and in drafting

Experience in project management preferably as part of a programme Experience in quality management preferably as part of a programme Experience of a multi-user and multi cultural project
ideal:
Knowledge of more than one country specific security settlement system, including one of 3 largest European markets (UK, Germany, France) Experience of projects involving public institutions
