For our client we are searching for a Business Analyst (f/m).Project:
- Review the current and system business workflows and determine the changes needed to improve the efficiency of the workout operations including the closure of a number of audit points.
- Phase 1 = analysis (Q1/Q2)
- Phase 2 = development (Q3+)
Team will consist of this Business Analyst in Hamburg, an offshore functional analyst and a development team of 30-40 offshore developers offshore
Skills:
- Knowledge of German financial market
- Loans or non-performing asset experience
- Large autonomous project experience (we need to review whole system workflow affecting the 170-person SFA workout team and multiple systems/flows)
- Fluent German and English
- Must be able to act autonomously as only IT team member in Hamburg
- Optional: Credit Risk Management practices
