For one of our clients from the insurance sector we are looking for a Technical Solution Architect (m/f).

Objective of the service:

Understand and transform the business needs and requirements into a technical solution. Enable the development team to implement a solution according to architectural design. Ensure quality of development by fulfilling the client's standards and guidelines. Ensure a technical delivery in time and scope.


Service Description:

Transforming business requirements into function requirement and then into technical specification.
Steering of Developers including effort estimation, timeline tracking. Bridgehead for development team towards Lead Architect and IT PM.
Responsible for implementation in time and scope.
Accountable for technical implementation and documentation.
Deploy the solution up to project System Integration Test.
Supporting System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test of developed technical designs.

Required skills:

Strong communication skills
Experienced in agile development
Experienced in coordinating and guiding de-centralized (shared) development teams
Advanced skills in Java (Enterprise) development, RedHat JBoss, ideally FUSE, SQL and database design, interface design and implementation
Experienced in web service development (SOAP, REST)
Being able to deliver
Preferably insurance know how
Good english language skills
