For one of our clients, we are looking for a Junior HR AdministratorMain tasks:
• Creation of standardized documents by default (eg changes of contract, notifications, work certificates, certificates)
• Data management and management of the systems
• Assistance in the consultation and response of customer inquiries via email, web form and telephone
• Support for inquiries regarding existing HR systems
• Control and monitoring tasks (eg deadlines)
• Create reports and lists
Desired Experience:
• Completed commercial training is an advantage
• First experience in administrative HR
• Efficient and proactive operation in a customer-oriented service environment
• Friendly and customer-oriented appearance, distinctive service thought
• Accurate and reliable operation even in times of high workload
• Teamplayer with the willingness to support others to reach departmental goals
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English knowledge
