Ihre Aufgaben:
- Define the future SWIFT Messaging Strategy and Landscape
- Define future Bank strategy considering all SWIFT Services (FIN, MX, InterAct, FileAct and Browse)
- Identify solution options independent of today's landscape
- Analyze of the current SWIFT FIN Infrastructure against solution options
- Identify the current products and offering on the market
- Identify a vendor/solution and selection process (incl RFP and Make or Buy decision)
- Prepare a Business Case and recommendation
- Functional and non-functional requirements will be gathered to ensure the proposed solution will not only satisfy todays needs but will be flexible and sustainable regarding future growth and other challenges.
- A target SWIFTNet Channel and lean Integration Architecture exploring alternatives are to be designed covering strategic needs. It should allow identifying gaps in the existing application portfolio.
- Both will serve as a basis for an RfI/RfP product/component selection process.
- The senior consultant should be able to fully support the strategy analysis and RfS process in the role of an architect as well as a business analys t
Ihre Qualifikation
- Technical expertise in Integration Architecture covering Data/Message/File distribution
- Processing flows with distinct Quality of Service (Message Store & Forward to Low Latency)
- Routing
- Scalability and resilience
- Current architecture developments (state-of-the-art)
- Validation of vendor products against target architecture
- Applied architectural skills and ability to structure things clearly, out-of the box thinking
- Creation of business requirements documentation & process moderation
- Preparation, moderation & evaluation of an RfI/RfP product/component selection process
- Business expertise in SWIFTNet Service (FIN, InterAct, FileAct) + (Interactive, S&F) and SWIFTNet Products (e.g. Funds, Cash Reporting, TSU, FI/MI, SCORE,...)
