Beschreibung
We are looking for Radio Planning Engineers/Funknetzplanner (m/f) with German and English language skills to join our clients team in Germany. Locations include Berlin, Hannover, Dresden and München.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in 2G/3G/4G Site Radio Planning (Coverage, Frequency, RF Algorithm & Parameter) for at least 5 years
- Excellent working knowledge with VDF tools (PPLUS, VOSIMA, ATOLL, STOV, STOB, PREHCM, SAPERION)
- Experience with Vodafone Germany radio network planning
- Experience in RAN Network Performance KPI's
- Excellent knowledge of Network Planning processes
- Excellent knowledge of RF elements (passive and active)
- Experience with Vodafone Germany projects
- Management skills
- Management Reporting and Presentation skills
- Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
