Your tasks:
- Support the team to reach the overall goal of making the company a consumer-centric and data & insights driven organization
- Provide the central marketing and Top Management with insights on campaign & media effectiveness by leading the quantitative analysis of data from, e. g., the data warehouse and research panels
- Manage existing Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) program for Germany, drives rollout to further countries e.g. Austria and Belgium
- Translate data and information from multiple sources into critical insights and strategic recommendations
- Oversee ex-post analysis of marketing performance in terms of campaign & media effectiveness by leveraging internal & external data
- Ensure linkage of different data-sets and data sources to analyse development over time
- Tailor information & insights due the specific questions or situation, e.g., for different departments or individual countries
Your qualifications
- Deep knowledge in marketing mix modelling/business intelligence and general data analytics preferably for consumer goods or Fashion
- Strong project management skills working with cross-functional team incl. operative management of 3rd part analytics provider
- Superior ability to analyse large amounts of data professionally & accurately
- Strong ability to distil insights from large amounts of information with high degree of complexity
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of Lotus Notes & MS Office programmes
- Deep knowledge of analytical & statistical programs, e. g. SPSS, Access
