For our customer in Hessen we are looking for a HR Program Manager for Implementation of ITSystem (m/f).
Your tasks:
- Perform strategic and tactical resource planning on programme level in close cooperation with Cluster leads, Project managers, Programme management team, Corporate portfolio management / resource management
- Develop / advise in the development of meaningful job profile descriptions
- Manage (re-)allocation of resources between Programm clusters
- Manage induction and exit of external resources (onshore/ offshore)
- Monitor, consolidate and report on resource consumption on programme level
- Develop and deliver comprehensive and meaningful resource reports according to programme needs, e.g. ‘Resource efficiency’, ‘utilised capacity’ or other KPIs
- Manage induction and exit of external resources (onshore/ offshore)
- Identify and assess resource procurement-related risks
- Work with Programme Finance Manager regarding budget planning, allocation and (re-)forecasting (related to resources)
- Interface with the company’s HR department to align need for internal resources
- Interface with the company’s HR department to allow for smooth induction and exit of internal resources
- Liaise with and communicate to workers’ council, involving the company’s HR department
- Backup and work with the ‘Programme Planning Manager’, including the
development and maintenance of the programme’s roadmap and other programme plans
Your qualifications:
- Longtime experience years in a HR / resource management function in large scale transformation
projects/programmes, preferably with an end-to-end software implementation focus
Functional:
- Experience with Resource planning for organisational transformation projects or programmes
- Experience with Broad understanding of HR requirements and activities
- Experience with Development of job descriptions / job profiles
- Experience with Staff procurement processes (internal & external)
- Experience with Management of staffing challenges and issues quantitative & qualitative topics, bridging potential cultural gaps
- Experience with Support of budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Experience as a project planner (custodian of project plans)
- Knowledge of financial industry particularities and their potential impact on resource planning
Technical:
- Very good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, MS Project, Atlassian stack
- Strong organisational capabilities
- Focused and effective in problem solving
- Strong social competence and communicative skills
- Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly
- Constructive and pro-active attitude to work with other programme governance roles, project managers and business unit management
