Programme Director x 3 with Fluent German
Programme Director x 3 to work for my leading client based in Germany who is going through a large-scale transformation of Technology and Platforms, working closely at senior group level and across divisions, you will be responsible for owning and delivering several programmes across the group with very strong senior stakeholder management.
As this role is a very high profile role it is essential to have excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will be working on delivering programmes across divisions. The programme director will have between 5 - 10 direct reports working within a Matrix management structure, the programme director will also have experience of managing budgets of up to £10M+
The ideal programme director will be a seasoned experienced programme director with at least 5 years' experience at this level, you will have strong experience of delivering a range of key programmes across business change and IT. The ideal programme director will have experience of delivering multiple programmes with a business focus and will have ideally experience of working across divisions or have a cross divisional awareness. The ideal programme director will have experience of working on similar programmes as mentioned above with strong stakeholder experience.
Fluent German is essential for this opportunity.
