Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

Resource Solutions are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to work within our campus recruitment department of one of our longest standing financial services clients in their Frankfurt office.

This individual will be supporting the coordination of the attraction and recruitment strategy for the Investment Banking (IBD), Global Capital Markets (GCM) and Sales & Trading divisions in Germany at the undergraduate (Analyst) level. This person will support the effective recruitment of the analyst pipeline in Frankfurt and will also assist with any administrative tasks related to the successful execution of the IBD/GCM and Sales & Trading Analyst recruitment (fulltime, summer and off-cycle interns).



  • Support the coordination, organisation and execution of the recruiting events in partnership with the London based campus relationship manager and recruiters responsible for the region
  • Maintain relationships with target campus professionals, careers services, faculty staff, societies and ambassadors at the German schools
  • Work with the London recruitment team to ensure consistent on campus marketing across German universities during the season
  • Work with IBD/GCM and Sales & Trading school teams to raise the firm's and divisions profile at target campuses in Germany
  • Partner with the recruitment team in London to ensure adequate divisional representation at all German attraction events

Recruitment and Selection

  • Coordination of the analyst fulltime, summer and off-cycle selection process:
  • Frankfurt Insight Programme administration - face books, relevant programme related documentation, travel, accommodation, booking of speakers and logistics
  • Ensure the business screens applications on a regular basis
  • Coordinate interview schedules, organise interviewers, book logistics and compile and distribute assessor documentation for all Frankfurt based interviews
  • Be present at interviews and act as contact for candidates and interviewers on the day
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodation including reimbursements
  • Set up interview rooms and welcome candidates
  • Ensure business reps are briefed and have been passed all relevant information regarding the interview days and recruitment process on the whole
  • Collect interview feedback and log
  • Provide feedback to candidates
  • Update recruiting trackers and Taleo system
  • Reimbursements, expenses and invoices
  • Track business involvement and report to IBD/GCM and S&T Analyst Recruitment Managers and HR Coverage
  • Administer on-boarding process in conjunction with HR Coverage for Frankfurt based off-cycle interns
  • Undertake projects and ad hoc responsibilities as required by the IBD/GCM and S&T Analyst Recruitment Managers


  • Ideally the candidate will have 1 year graduate recruitment experience including applicant tracking and selection administration
  • Fluent German speaking
  • Good understanding of the undergraduate recruitment landscape
  • Willingness to work with numerous constituencies to gather information and opinions, generate buy-in and implement actions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated client service focus
  • High-level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Analytical and strong reporting skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility with respect to working hours - travel will be required
  • Fluent in English
