Project Management
Takes part in projects in his/her own field of activity by coordinating the different external parties and by gathering
different information related to project, under supervision of the project manager or program manager. Typically
Assists the project Manager/Leader.
This represents 20% of his/her time.
Solution Expertise
Writes the operational guidelines for the administrator, he/she does the implementation of IT solution required
during project task and Change Management for the service lifecycle project, in his area of expertise.
Ensures that security measures are properly followed.
This represents 60% of its time.
Support Expertise
Receives tickets of incidents not managed by L2 support (directly from the ticketing system). He/she analyses it
and solves it or forward it to the Architects.
Coach administrators and provide knowledge transfer to Administrators for unsolved tickets.
This support is defined as L3 support (20%).

5-6 years’ experience and industry or vendor certifications
Interaction
Interacts with global IT community as they deal with all incidents and maintenance. Interacts with other IT persons
in his department.
