YOUR MISSION
- Implement, maintain and monitor global IT infrastructure solutions (e.g. data center, networks, cloud computing)
- Ensure proper compliance with security measures during implementation
- Define and create operational guidelines for administrators
- Provide 3rd level support by analyzing and resolving tickets or dispatching to architects
- Coach and facilitate knowledge transfer to administrators for unresolved tickets
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Excellent understanding of the state-of-the-art in IT data center design, cloud and mobile technologies, software-defined-networking, nextgen-firewalls, network security and data protection
- Familiar with CISCO, FortiNet and VMware technologies, ideally proven by certification (FortiNet NSE 6/7, CCIE, CNA, CNE, VMware, etc.)
- Solid balance of analytical and abstraction skills and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Fluency in English
