Job Title: Tools SME/ Expert
Location: Germany
Duration: 1 year Extendable
We are looking for a Tools SME/ Expert for our client TCS (Tata Consultancy Services)
Job Description:
The candidate should have expertise in assessing customer landscape and recommend CMDB tool for customer environment.
Candidate should have 10+ relevant experience in end to end CMDB Process design and ITSM process integration with CMDB
Should able understand customer requirements and perform Assessment
Develop project plan for CMDB implementations and suggest the requirements
Design Configuration Management Goals, Policies (including inventory of non-discoverable) and Procedures (CI Lifecycle) for Customer
Should able to identify and propose CI Classes, CI Attributes, CI Owners, Data Models, Support groups and Master Asset List
Define the Configuration Strategy and Blueprint for CI Types, Naming Convention, Data Modelling, Attributes, Discovery mechanism etc.
Design and own the CMDB blueprint and help in Build Configuration Management system.
Implement measure and metrices
