For our customer we are looking for a SAP FI/CO Application Support Specialist (m/f/d).

Your Tasks:
- The Finance and Controlling Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing 3rd level application support in the Finance and Controlling business process and IT application. This means analysing and correcting the issues her/himself or in collaboration with the colleagues and partner companies.
- Analyzing the reported errors
- Correcting/bug fixing the error and/or coordinate problem solution (inc. customizing)
- Management/Prioritization of the error ticket backlog
- Monitoring of application interfaces and react to errors
- Collaboration with regions and main contact for 2nd level support specialists
- Collect repeating errors to instruct 2nd level support
Must-Have Competencies:
- Good SAP FI/CO business process know-how
- Deep understanding of SAP ECC FI/CO and connection points to SD&MM
- Good skills in analysing problems process oriented and from the user's point of view
- Professional support attitude
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Ableto solve tickets/problems efficiently
