• Management/training of the onboarding team and ensure a high onboarding quality and documentation according to the defined process
• Planning of the onboarding roadmap according to the application’s criticality, regular reporting, and manage escalations with application stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and implement improvements in the onboarding process
• Experience in managing teams and profound project management skills
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management processes and role-based access models
• Good communication skills
• First experience in banking processes
• Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• At least 7 years of experience
• Experience with Identity & Access Management solutions such as One Identity Manager
• Experience with Segregation of Duty Processes with Identity & Access Management
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• At least 3 years of experience
