Our client, a leading Medical Device organization, is looking for a R&D Engineer to join their Packaging Development Team for a 1 year contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop new Packaging solutions
- Work on updating/upgrading existing designs
- Contribute to the material selection used for the Packaging of the products, in particular Polymer knowledge is an advantage
- Collaborate with different departments and suppliers
- Check packaging configurations and packaging validation documentation (package transit qualification, packaging shelf life)
- Perform updates/changes for non-conforming packaging documents and Bill of Materials in the systems (Agile/SAP/Windchill)
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience
- Previous experience in a regulated environment
- Solid experience in Design and using the relevant tools such as CAD
