Experience in managing large programs in addition to having functional knowledge on credit platforms +Experience working with credit platforms,customer relation management ( CRM), client onboarding, account opening, loan origination credit analysis.
nCino experience is added advantage, project management, nCino, sales force.
· Experience on the project management ( for Lead BA position)
· Good Hands on Tooling like Confluence and Jira
· Ability to convey requirements to developers in the technical language understood by developers
· Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of analyzing and documenting business requirements
· Practical experience in functional analysis and design
· Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of following a structured approach to analysis, including the preparation of all related artefacts (e.g. functional system specifications etc.)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle and application development process including best practice methodologies
