Beschreibung
Aufgaben:Drive the planning, execution and monitoring of Quality Activities in the product creation phase in close cooperation with the project management team
Close cooperation with the quality department of the customer
Involve other internal quality functions as required
On time execution of milestone and quality reviews of projects during development phase
Drive the implementation and support the continuous improvement of the Product Creation Process
Coach the project teams in all quality related matters
Force implementation of Quality Tools (e.g. OFD, FMEAs, Control Plan) in development projects
Monitor Product Safety & Liability related activities
Handling of PPAP/First Part Approval to the customer
Support in the execution of Automotive SPICE Assessments
Planning and execution of internal and external audits together with other quality functions
Qualifikationen:
MSc/BSc in electrical engineering or equivalent
3+ years experience in product development, project management or quality management
Good knowledge of Quality Management Standards like IATF 16949 or Automotive SPICE and experience in their implementation in automotive business
Good knowledge of PPAP, PSW, EMPB, PFP processes
Experience in the application of the FMEA method
Knowledge of and experience in SW Development lifecycles (e.g. V-Model, Agile) are an advantage
Experience in performing quality audits and supplier assessments would be helpful
Fluent German and English language
