Your Skills
- SAP SD Function Consultant as Business Process Architect (SC or M level)
- Strong SAP SD consultant / “allrounder”
- HP ALM (nice to have)
- Strong communication skills
- English must have; other languages are a plus
Your Tasks
- Support business blue print
- Support preparation and execution of ‘fit to template’ process design workshops with business / key users
- Advises on process questions and in definition of future processes, while driving ‘fit to template’ and ‘SAP standard’
- Write and Review FRS (Functional Requirements Specification) documents
- Documentation of test cases in HP ALM
- Drive Master Data cleansing and harmonization activities
- Drive and Review of SAP customizing
- Perform ABAP debugging, if required
- Review and enhancement of training materials
- Planning, preparation and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Test)
- General support of cut-over activities (planning and execution)
- Support 1st level support for business after successful go-live
- Support ticket and incident management process by closely working with the development team
- Support of ‘Hypercare Reporting’
