Supporting our client we are looking for a project manager (w/m/d) who manages the IT Infrastructure setup for new locations and offices of our client.Tasks:
-Manage the IT New Locations Portfolio for IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring success of these projects as project manager
-Develop and manage IT Infra projects from beginning to end (including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Project Closure)
-Work with the responsible teams (Infrastructure domains, Business IT, Facilities Management) to ensure successful delivery of their items
-Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope, identify risks/issues, and devising contingency plans. Recommend management with regards to project prioritization and resource allocation
-Support improvements of processes with the aim of standardization / automation
-Identify improvement areas in underlying services with the view of optimising the roll-out of IT Infrastructure services at new locations
Qualifications:
-Experience in executing IT Infrastructure projects preferably in Network and Communication or End User Computing (Desktop, Workstations, Printers etc.)
-Project Management – Project Definition, Planning, Tracking and Reporting
-Resource Management, Financial Management
-Demand Management, Prioritisation, Balancing
-Stakeholders Management
-Experience with working across international teams
-Self-driven and motivated individual with Organizational skills, teamwork and resilience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with management reporting
-Fluent written and spoken English, German is an advantage
