Understanding of various SAP authorization concepts catering to SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA systems and SAP GRC Access Control,
SAP User & Role Administration across the SAP Components
Knowledge on SoX and SOD Compliance topics
Audit & Internal Control standard parameters at SAP user & Role level
Experience on User Access Review ( UAR )
Strong Knowledge SAP user types and Functionalities SAP Authorization Implementation project experience
SAP BW - Experience in SAP BW & Business Objects security setup including the definition of BW Analysis Authorizations and Reporting level security and Business Objects RLS (Row Level Security).Worked on System Privileges; Object Privileges and Analytic Privileges etc. Worked on SAP BW Authorization Objects (S_RS_COMP; S_RS_COMP1 and S_RS_AUTH ) to restrict the user to view /change / delete information. Experience in defining HANA security and restrict access to HANA Modeling/DB objects through various privileges and custom roles.
Area of responsibilities:
Familiar with SAP Products (SAP ECC, PI, Portal and SolMan, BOBJ, IDM, GRC).
Solving escalated tickets from lower levels, Ticket logging and escalation to next level / SAP Vendor where required
Understands various compliance requirements that affect security standards and provide solutions to address them.
Good understanding about ECC role design ( Job/Task based concepts ); SAP Security concepts; Landscape; Transports System and Version Compatibilities
Documentation knowledge of various Security Processes; Procedures & Auditing.
Perform SOD Analysis for Roles and Users at Action / Permission level including simulation functionality.
Analyze reoccurring Incidents, Problem tickets and provide recommendation / solution for a permanent fix.
Identify automation opportunities amongst daily tasks and provide inputs for script development.
Train and mentor L1 on complex activities to cater to the next in-line support chain
Ability to quickly understand and adapt to various role design concepts and deliver in a short period of time
