Should be able to work with colleagues from different cultures and drive L1/L2 colleagues.

Soft skills

· Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.

· Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.

· Excellent in Verbal, written communication.

· Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).

· Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.

· Certification in any one Storage Administration.

Area of responsibilities

Skill Level

· Resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines and involve next level proactively for resolution.

· Work on allocation deallocation task and change

· Hands on configuration setup/modification/deletion task activities.

· Planning and Preparation for Stack upgrade to ensure Successful completion.

· Capacity planning of Storage required for business continuity.

· Preferred knowledge on automation python, shell.

· Mentoring of L1 team members on best practices, technical solutions and scripting.

· Creation of SOP and KT documentation etc.

Expert

· Planning and migration of heterogeneous storage environment.

· Capacity planning based on the growth of the data by periodically measuring the data.
