Middleware Specialist (OCP/Security) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- PaaS Middleware team is responsible for all the components that are between IaaS and application layers, as Application Servers or Containers in terms of reliability, patching and security
- Act as focal point for security related matters in middleware domain
- Administration, configuration, refreshment and patching of middleware components
- Issues investigation and troubleshooting
- Ticket management (L2/L3 support) in collaboration with our strategic 3rd party suppliers
- On-call service (7x24) from Switzerland and early/late shifts
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field
- Senior profile with proven working experience in Middleware area
- Knowledge and experience in Openshift Container Platform, Ansible and Puppet
- Experience in administration of J2EE Application Server (JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic)
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and cope with strict deadlines
- Fluency in English, Italian and German are considered as a plus
- Knowledge in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain platform management
- Knowledge of packaging and distribution (RPM), automation tool
