Job Description:
• You support our existing global IT operations team
• Together with our team, you will look after the network infrastructure in the area of our Germany-wide networks (access layer) and their provider connection (VPN, WAN, WLAN)
• You support everyday tasks in the area of our infrastructure.
• You analyze incidents as part of incident and problem management and help with troubleshooting network problems.
• You monitor the network utilization in the respective locations and develop an extended network monitoring together with us.
• The data maintenance and documentation of our network are also part of your tasks.
Qualification:
• Completed training in the field of network technology, as an IT specialist or otherwise comparable knowledge and skills
• You have good knowledge of the planning and administration of a high-availability network infrastructure (LAN / WLAN / WAN).
• You have experience in the field of IPsec, VLAN, VPNs, NAT, ACLs.
• You have good knowledge of network segmentation, firewall and VPN.
• Ideally, you have specialist knowledge in the field of communication technology and in the field of VoIP, SIP and QoS.
• Knowledge of Cisco switches and firewalls
• You offer our customers professional support.
• You show a high degree of responsibility and initiative, are service-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
