Overall Experience (in yrs.): 10+ years in the IT industry with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Storage & Backup migration (Projects)/administrationLocation: Germany – Stuttgart/Frankfurt
Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)
· SME with good knowledge on the following technologies - SAN (HPE 3Par, IBM, Dell EMC), NAS (ISILON, Unity, NetApp), Object (HPE, iTernity), HPE/ Cohesity, Dell ECS Backup (Veeam, IBM ISSP, Dell EMC)
· Good knowledge of storage & backup subsystems like Netapp, Veritas, EMC.
· Install and configure storage, backup, and DR solutions
· Set up and manage LUNs, Configure and manage iSCSI components
Language skills needed: English , German (Optional)
Area of responsibilities
· Actively participate in implementations, migrations, 24x7 support during migrations and hyper care
· Implement solutions for DC Storage and Backup
· Develop high-level and low-level physical and logical DC design drawings and design documents.
· Responsible for understanding the requirement, analyzing AS-IS data, and taking care of the design of the Server
Contract length: 6 months
