Job Description:
Technology - Oracle DBA
Location - Dresden, Germany
Area of responsibilities
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in supporting Oracle database
Well versed in DB administration in Oracle version 10g,11gR1, 11gR2, 12c
Experience in installation, configuration, patching, upgradation, migration
Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts
Knowledge of Scripting Languages like Shell or Perl for standardization and automation.
Must have good troubleshooting skills
Perform database and OS performance tuning and monitoring
Expertise on RAC, ASM & Data guard
Perform general technical troubleshooting and give recommendation to application team
Ability to review AWR and recommend suggestion accordingly
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Exadata platform support is an added advantage
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Germany, Dresden or willing to relocate
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Experience in Oracle Database Administration
Candidate must be fluent in English. German language (good to have)
